Measuring Wheels

Measuring wheels, or "surveyor's wheels," allow you to easily measure the area of a large space. The devices are great for estimating paving jobs, carpet estimates, building lot sizes, insurance calculations and other large distance measuring jobs. The devices are simply to use, reset the counter, roll the wheel on the ground, and then read the counter.

What type of measuring wheel is best for you?

Measuring wheels come in different sizes - small wheels are typically used indoors; whereas, large wheel devices are designed for outdoor projects. In other words, the rougher the landscape, a larger wheel is needed - smoother the ground, the smaller the wheel is needed.
